Consider what is relevant to your business
Begin with the cleaning services you can deliver
List the work you actually offer, the areas your team covers and any practical booking conditions. Home cleaning, office cleaning, shop cleaning and deep cleaning can involve different questions, equipment and scheduling. Do not add a specialist service to an advert simply because it appears in a keyword suggestion.
Group searches around the customer’s task. For example, “office cleaning Dubai” should lead into an office-cleaning message, while an apartment-cleaning search should explain the home service. These are examples of intent, not a claim about search volume or the best-performing keywords in your account.
Before launch, agree which enquiries the business can accept. If a service has a minimum booking or excludes certain tasks, make the conditions understandable in the advert or page. Clear expectations give both the customer and the team a better starting point.
Make location settings match your service area
Dubai-wide wording can be misleading when a team only covers selected neighbourhoods. Check the included areas and exclusions against your real operations. Review similarly named places carefully and make the coverage clear on the landing page.
Google distinguishes location presence from presence or interest. Consider which fits the people you can serve: a local cleaning operation may want customers in its operating area, while another business may intentionally accept bookings from people arranging a property clean from elsewhere.
Location targeting is an advertising setting, not a guarantee of a customer’s exact address. Ask for the service area in the enquiry and review the locations of genuine requests before expanding coverage or increasing spend.
Match the landing page to the advert
An office manager clicking an office-cleaning advert should immediately see relevant information. Explain the commercial service, scheduling options and the details needed for a quote. A general page dominated by a home-cleaning offer creates another decision before the visitor can enquire.
You do not necessarily need a completely separate website for each service. A focused page or a clearly tested service-specific view can work. Keep the heading, service selection, supporting photographs and enquiry questions consistent with the advert.
- Home cleaning: property type, approximate size, area and requested tasks.
- Office or shop cleaning: premises type, approximate size, access and preferred schedule.
- Deep cleaning: the scope, condition, relevant photographs and any exclusions that affect the quote.
Use original or properly licensed images that accurately represent the service. Keep price statements and qualifications consistent between the advert, page and quote. Test the page on a phone, including form labels, error messages and contact buttons.

Count contact clicks separately from received enquiries
A visitor can open WhatsApp without sending the prepared message. A tap on a phone number does not establish that a call connected or became a booking. These interactions can be useful signals, but reports should name them accurately.
Define the stages your team can verify:
- Contact action: a telephone or WhatsApp button was clicked.
- Received enquiry: the business received a message, connected call or successfully saved form request.
- Qualified enquiry: the request fits your service, area and other agreed criteria.
- Booked job: the customer reached the booking stage defined by your business.
Google’s qualified-lead and converted-lead documentation explains how later business outcomes can be measured separately from initial interactions. The setup should reflect your actual sales process and applicable customer-data requirements.
Test a replacement measurement before changing the goals used for bidding. Avoid making a successful page load or any button click stand in for a confirmed enquiry. Keep a simple lead record so repeat messages do not become several supposedly new customers.
Review search terms with the enquiry context
A keyword is what you choose to target; a search term is what a person actually searched. Review the Google Ads search terms report alongside the enquiries your team receives. The report does not expose every search, so missing terms are not evidence that no such activity occurred.
Look for clear mismatches, such as recruitment requests when you are advertising cleaning appointments, or work the company does not offer. Use exclusions carefully and consider their match type. A broad exclusion can remove useful customers as well as irrelevant traffic.
Price-related or hourly searches are not automatically poor enquiries. Judge them against your actual service and booking conditions. Make one clear change, record when it was made and allow enough useful evidence to assess its effect.
Judge spend against work the business can fulfil
Report the cost of received enquiries, the proportion that qualifies and the proportion that books. A lower cost per contact click can still be unhelpful if those people do not send a request or need a service you cannot provide.
For an internal review, divide spend by the verified outcome you are discussing. Label the date range and denominator clearly. Do not describe cost per booked job when the only available count is WhatsApp-button clicks.
Review response handling too. Can someone find the service, area and preferred timing in the enquiry? Is the customer told what happens next? A clear form and a consistent follow-up process help the team assess requests without asking everyone to start again.
Before increasing budget, consider capacity, job value, delivery costs and actual bookings. There is no universal daily budget or guaranteed enquiry cost that suits every Dubai cleaning company.
Questions cleaning-business owners ask
Should every service share one advert? Group services when the customer intent and landing-page promise genuinely align. Separate them when the service, quote questions or buying process differs enough to justify it.
Do we need more keywords to get better results? Not necessarily. Start by checking the searches already triggering ads, the page they reach and whether real enquiries are measured correctly.
Can SEO support the same business? Yes. Clear service pages can explain your offer and help organic visitors navigate it. Paid ads and organic search are separate channels; advertising spend does not purchase an organic ranking.
