Dubai Exhibitions in November 2026: A Photo and Video Brief for Exhibitors

Your exhibition stand is ready. The next question is what customers should be able to see after the show: a product demonstration, an explanation from your team, or a clear record of what you offer. Planning exhibition photography and videography in Dubai starts with those uses, rather than a request to simply film everything.

These are planning opportunities, not a statement that ABAB is appointed by or affiliated with an event. Event names identify the exhibitions only. Crew availability, access, permissions and deliverables require confirmation for each booking.

Match the coverage to your exhibition

Gulfood Manufacturing: demonstrations that explain the process

For Gulfood Manufacturing photography and video, identify the machine, ingredient or packaging process buyers need to understand. Brief the crew on the demonstration times, approved technical facts and the product details that need close coverage. Plan an establishing photograph, a complete demonstration sequence and a short explanation from an authorised spokesperson. Confirm stand access and filming permissions before production.

Automechanika Dubai: show the component and its application

For Automechanika Dubai exhibition videography, pair component close-ups with an explanation of where and how the product is used. Agree which claims and compatibility details your team must approve. Ask for separate framing for your product page, distributor presentation and vertical social clips. The organiser’s current calendar places the event at Dubai Exhibition Centre on 10–12 November 2026; confirm your actual stand and crew access arrangements.

Big 5 Global: make materials and installation details visible

For Big 5 exhibition photography, build the shot list around finishes, installation details and the questions a specifier or contractor would ask. Capture scale and context as well as close-ups. Plan a technical interview only when an approved spokesperson and suitable sound conditions are available.

Build a shot list around customer questions

Choose the questions your sales team repeatedly answers. What does the product do? Who is it for? What is different about the material, process or service? What should a buyer ask before ordering?

  • A clear stand-wide photograph showing the company and layout.
  • Product details that explain important features without relying on tiny printed labels.
  • A complete demonstration sequence, including the result customers need to understand.
  • A short explanation from an approved spokesperson.
  • Team portraits and agreed visitor interactions, captured with appropriate permission.

Avoid filming confidential screens, private conversations, badges or customer information unnecessarily. Agree how contributors will be informed and which permissions are needed. Your exhibitor booking does not automatically establish every filming or publication right.

Decide where each asset will work

Website product pages, LinkedIn posts, vertical social clips and sales presentations need different framing. Decide the priority formats before filming. A single horizontal recording may not crop cleanly into a vertical demonstration if the important detail sits outside the centre.

Ask the production team to specify the number of finished assets, aspect ratios, approximate durations, subtitle languages, photo delivery and review stages. If you need content during the exhibition, agree the editing workflow, approvals and delivery deadlines in writing. Same-day work should be scoped and confirmed, rather than assumed.

Make the stand interview useful

A busy exhibition hall can be difficult for sound. Choose a suitable interview position and a quieter window where possible. Give your spokesperson a short brief: explain one buyer problem, show the relevant solution and describe a sensible next step. Prepare accurate product facts; do not improvise performance claims or customer results.

An interview can support a product page or a follow-up conversation when it answers something specific. Keep the explanation understandable without the viewer having attended the show.

Connect the content to an enquiry route

Before publishing a clip, check where its call to action leads. A dedicated product or service page should explain the offer, show the relevant content and provide a working enquiry form or contact option. Use descriptive links and consistent campaign labels so the team can understand which content brought someone to the site.

Measure stages separately: a view is not a website visit; a contact-button click is not a received enquiry; an enquiry is not automatically qualified or a booked job. Record the source and enquiry quality without exposing private customer information. An exhibition recap is an asset, not a guarantee of sales.

Bring the design and campaign together

Photography and video can be supported by a clear stand message, presentation design, a focused landing page and a planned social publishing sequence. Choose the services that solve the actual brief. Avoid commissioning separate assets that repeat the same message without a clear use.

ABAB’s Dubai video production service and commercial photography service are starting points for coverage discussions. Explore brand and creative design, web design and digital marketing when the brief needs a connected customer journey. Review selected work before choosing your direction.

Before you request exhibition coverage

What should I send for a quote?

Send the exhibition, dates, venue, stand number, required hours, key demonstrations and intended outputs. State your edit deadline, subtitle languages, approval owner and any access restrictions. Ask for a written scope and availability confirmation.

Can we request photographs and video in one brief?

Yes, describe both needs in the brief. The crew arrangement, schedule and deliverables need confirmation; do not assume one person can cover simultaneous interviews, demonstrations and still photography.

Can we receive clips during the event?

Ask for a scoped on-site editing and approval plan. Delivery timing depends on the agreed coverage, edit requirements and approval process. Confirm the deadline in writing before booking.

What to send when requesting a quote

Share the event name, dates, venue, stand number, required hours, main products, spokesperson availability, intended channels and delivery priorities. Identify who handles organiser coordination, contributor permissions and approvals. Ask what is included, excluded and dependent on access.
